In 1999 we opened our doors after spending several months learning to prepare traditional pizza pies. Our pie dough is made on-site daily. To create a perfect density crust, the dough is allowed to rest at 38 degrees for 24 to 36 hours before serving. Traditional freshness is what make our pizza the best. Pizza sauce made in-house, fresh vegetables, and the best cheese we can find create the traditional fresh taste. Our pizza pies are baked in a traditional brick oven for that unique authentic flavor which cannot be reproduced any better way.
